What property in Spain is the most interesting now?

Today, commercial real estate is considered an attractive property in Spain for investors, especially in large cities such as Madrid and Barcelona. Also popular are investments in residential real estate on the coast, in tourist regions, for example, on the Costa Blanca or in the Balearic Islands, where there is an opportunity to earn on renting apartments and villas, both with short-term delivery and with long-term lease.

The COVID 19 pandemic has led to an increase in demand for real estate outside the city, away from noisy malls and with wider spaces. Therefore, coastal small towns in Spain with good infrastructure are growing in price the fastest. A good example is the city of Benidorm and especially its suburb - the Finestrat district, which for 2021-2022 showed the highest dynamics of price growth in the Costa Blanca region (more than 30%,  and individual projects of developers showed an increase of more than 50% in 2 years).

It is also worth considering that when buying property in Spain, investors should take into account local laws and regulations, as well as possible risks and costs associated with the maintenance and management of real estate. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a thorough analysis of the market and consult with specialists before deciding on investing in real estate in Spain.
